Rosetta Bakery Opening Second Location in Atlanta

ATLANTA, GA — Rosetta Bakery is targeting a mid-February opening at 101 High St #300, Atlanta, GA 30346 in the High Street development in the Dunwoody area, local operator Carolina Rosini told Business Debut. Rosini said the team opted not to set a firm date until construction is fully complete.

What to Expect

The High Street bakery will offer indoor seating for more than 50 guests, plus a covered patio outside, Rosini said. She said the location is designed for guests to stop in throughout the day for baked goods and savory items.

Rosini said the brand already operates a Buckhead location in Atlanta, which will serve as the “master kitchen” for production support. Dough and prep will be handled out of Buckhead, with baking done at the High Street bakery, she said.

Menu and Vision

Rosini described Rosetta as an Italian bakery concept offering traditional items made in-house by Italian pastry and bakery chefs.

She said offerings include pastries and breakfast items such as croissants and bomboloni, along with mini cakes and mini tarts. Guests can also expect savory options including pizza, focaccia, bread, panini and sandwiches, Rosini said.

She said the bakery follows a 24-hour shelf-time approach, with items refreshed daily.

Opening Timeline

The High Street location was previously aiming to open before the end of the month, but construction delays shifted the timeframe to mid-February, Rosini said.

She added that Rosetta is also exploring additional Georgia growth, including a potential third location outside the city center.

Hours

Rosini said the plan is to be open seven days a week. Target hours are 8 a.m. — 8 p.m., with possible adjustments during the first couple of months, such as 8 a.m. — 6 p.m. or 10 a.m. — 8 p.m.
