WARNER ROBINS, GA — Robins Poke & Ramen is preparing to open at 8840 SR 96 #2800, Warner Robins, GA 31088, with owner Yazan “Jenny” Dong targeting a mid-December debut. Dong told Business Debut the team is working through final inspections and hopes to open once approvals are complete.

We first heard the news from The Telegraph.

What to Expect

The fast-casual restaurant will offer customizable poke bowls and a lineup of house-made ramen. Guests will order at the counter, receive their meal, and seat themselves at the restaurant’s 12 indoor seats.

Dong described poke as a build-your-own format featuring raw or cooked proteins, a choice of rice or vegetables, up to five toppings, add-ons such as seaweed crunch and nuts, and house sauces. “We’re going to have a variety of things you can add on, and it will make a colorful bowl,” she told Business Debut.

Ramen options will include chicken, beef, seafood, vegetable, and tempura ramen. Broths will be made in-house and cooked over long periods, according to Dong.

Dong is opening the restaurant with her cousin, Bing Dong, who introduced the idea after noticing growth along Highway 96. “I think it’s a good add for ramen since we don’t have one here,” she told Business Debut. She said the menu is designed to offer healthy, customizable meals with both cooked and raw options for a wide range of guests.
