Ritara 18 Cafe Expanding to Brick-and-Mortar in St. Cloud
Former food truck to open brick-and-mortar cafe in St. Cloud, offering diverse breakfast and lunch options.
Ritara 18 Cafe, formerly a food truck, is set to open its first brick-and-mortar location at 1020 New York Ave, St Cloud, FL 34769 in mid-September, owner Carmen Fernandez told Business Debut.
Fernandez, a culinary arts graduate, aims to create an inclusive dining experience with a diverse menu catering to various dietary preferences. The cafe will offer breakfast and brunch options, including vegan and vegetarian choices. A highlight of the menu is their 100% vegan waffles, made with coconut oil and coconut milk, Fernandez shared.
Other menu items include croissants, ham and cheese croissants for breakfast, and lunch offerings such as Cuban sandwiches and Puerto Rican tripleta sandwiches. Beverage options will range from cappuccinos, espresso and drip coffee to handmade energy drinks.
