Ristorante Corleone to Debut New Menu in Port St. Lucie
Chef Luca Corleone is opening a second Ristorante Corleone, bringing expanded regional Italian flavors to Port St. Lucie.

PORT ST. LUCIE, FL – Chef Luca Corleone is preparing to bring his signature Italian cuisine to a second location with the upcoming opening of Ristorante Corleone in the growing Tradition neighborhood of Port St. Lucie. The new restaurant will be located at 12495 SW Community Blvd, Port St. Lucie, FL 34953. It will be open in late February or March 2026, according to Corleone.
A Fresh Take on Italian Dining
While the new restaurant will carry over the high standards and core flavors of the original location on South Federal Highway, Ristorante Corleone will offer a broader menu and a more regional Italian culinary experience. The menu will expand to include brunch, lunch, and authentic Italian-style pizza items not currently offered at the first location.
“Every region in Italy has its own classic and traditional dishes,” Corleone said. “I want to bring many of which are completely unknown to the American public, and that's what I will be focusing on.”
Diners can expect a mix of traditional Northern Italian fares, such as veal, pork, rabbit, and polenta, as well as Southern coastal dishes like seafood pasta, Sicilian recipes, and items inspired by the Amalfi Coast. The restaurant will be full-service with a white tablecloth setting, 165 seats total (including 44 patio seats), and a full bar.
Brunch service will include American-style favorites like eggs and bacon, each given an Italian twist. “Brunch wasn’t part of Italian culture traditionally, but lately there's been this trend that has been surging about offering brunch American style. It's really gaining ground in Italy,” Corleone said.
A Father / Daughter Business
Corleone began his restaurant venture following a 25-year career in IT, where he held a C-suite role. He launched his first restaurant 7 years ago after earning a diploma in culinary arts and restaurant management. The name “Corleone” started as a family joke, but quickly grew into a serious brand with a loyal following online.
The original location grew into a family-run business as Chef Luca’s daughter, Melissa, came on as their front-of-house manager. Though she once planned to pursue law, Melissa’s involvement and dedication to the restaurant made a lasting impression. “She took the business to heart,” Chef Luca said. “One day, she told me she wanted to take over when I retire.”
Corleone said they’ve outgrown the current location and may eventually close so that he can focus entirely on the new restaurant and expanding his brand.
Opening Hours
The new location will be open Tuesday through Sunday, with lunch beginning at 11 am and closing at 10 pm on weekdays. On Fridays and Saturdays, hours will extend to midnight, and brunch service will begin at 10 am. Brunch is available from 10 am to 10 pm on Sundays. Monday's they will be closed, but a seven-day schedule is under consideration, depending on how the new location grows.
