Reserve Bringing Fine Indian Dining to Cary

CARY, NC — A new Indian fine dining restaurant called Reserve is targeting an early April opening at 137 Weston Parkway, Cary, NC 27513. Ownership told Business Debut the team is nearing the final stages of renovations.

The restaurant will occupy about 5,200 square feet and include indoor dining for up to 220 guests, along with a patio for outdoor seating and enjoying nice weather.

What to Expect

Reserve is designed as a full-service dining experience centered around an elevated Indian concept with a wellness theme. The interior will feature three distinct sections highlighting themes of meditation, nature, and Indian cultural traditions.

Design elements will incorporate greenery, sculptures, and visual references to traditional wellness practices and yoga poses.

“We want to create a very luxurious, meditation kind of mood for our customers,” ownership told Business Debut. “The ambience connects to greenery, traditional yoga poses, and Indian culture.”

Menu and Vision

The menu will combine traditional Indian dishes with molecular gastronomy and fusion techniques.

Guests can expect classic Indian curries alongside more modern interpretations of Indian cuisine. The beverage program will also play a major role, with a large global selection of wines and spirits.

“We will have wellness food and wellness drinks served in both cocktails and mocktails, plus the traditional Indian curries and other menu items,” ownership told Business Debut.

The restaurant plans to offer an express-style business lunch for nearby offices, while maintaining a full-service sit-down experience. Dinner service will feature the complete menu, and weekend brunch is also planned.

The ownership group behind Reserve also owns Urban Turban Indian Grill and Bar in Durham.
