WINTER GARDEN, FL — Ravah Culinary Emporium plans a June opening in Winter Garden with a restaurant, bakery, and market concept from Juliana Garcia and her husband Julian Madrona.

Garcia told Business Debut the business is targeting a June 15 debut at 8800 Seidel Rd #120, Winter Garden, FL 34787, blending the couple’s Brazilian, Spanish, and Italian backgrounds.

What to Expect

The space will feature about 60 indoor seats and 26 patio seats, offering an elevated casual, family-friendly dining experience, Garcia told Business Debut. The restaurant will operate as a full-service concept with beer and wine available.

“We just want it to be really a very friendly, family-centered restaurant where people can gather and have good times,” Garcia told Business Debut.

The menu is still being finalized, but Garcia told Business Debut Ravah will operate as an all-day concept, serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner with a mix of Brazilian, Spanish, and Italian influences alongside a broader global approach.

Morning offerings will be supported by the bakery and cafe with pastries, breads, coffee, and lighter breakfast items, while lunch and dinner will feature dishes like lasagna, rotating paella specials, steaks, and barbecue-style meats, Garcia told Business Debut.

Garcia said the concept is rooted in Madrona’s background, which first inspired the idea. A first-generation Brazilian with Spanish family roots, he grew up around traditional Spanish dishes like paellas and stews and later spent five years leading a Brazilian restaurant in Orlando.

“He started dreaming about Rava really during that time,” Garcia told Business Debut.

Garcia said she helped expand that foundation by incorporating her own Brazilian and Italian influences, ultimately shaping the concept into a broader culinary emporium. “We thought, why don’t we just do more like a global cuisine… mixing all those flavors, mixing all those cultures,” Garcia told Business Debut.

That vision extends beyond the restaurant menu. The bakery and cafe component will offer pastries, fresh bread, organic breads, coffee, and breakfast items, while the market will provide prepared foods and international products designed to reflect the same mix of cultures found on the menu, Garcia told Business Debut.

Market and Bakery

Ravah will also include a bakery and cafe, a market, a grab-and-go section, and a meat boutique, Garcia told Business Debut.

The bakery will offer pastries, fresh bread, organic breads, coffee, and breakfast items starting at 7 a.m. The market will carry international food items, along with fruits, vegetables, and prepared foods for take-home options, Garcia told Business Debut.

Opening Timeline

The team is targeting a June 15 opening, Garcia told Business Debut.
