Qatra Specialty Coffee Opening Soon in Clemmons

CLEMMONS, NC — Qatra Specialty Coffee, a Yemeni-style coffee shop from owner Bashar Alhadrami, is preparing to open in about a week at 6311 Stadium Dr, Clemmons, NC 27012, he told Business Debut. The shop is awaiting a final health department inspection before opening to the public.

What to Expect

Qatra Specialty Coffee will operate as a specialty coffee shop with seating for about 30 guests. The Clemmons location will focus on Yemeni-style coffee service in a café setting.

Menu and Vision

The menu will feature coffee, pastries and sweets. The menu for their San Antonio location features Dubai-style cheesecakes, milk cakes, croissants, and many other desserts. Specialty drinks on the menu are: mufawar, adeni chai, Yemeni lattes, refreshers, matcha and much more. View the line up here.

Alhadrami said the Clemmons shop is part of a broader plan to grow the Qatra brand. He already operates a Qatra Specialty Coffee location in San Antonio, Texas, and hopes to continue expanding after the Clemmons opening, he told Business Debut.

Opening Timeline

Alhadrami said he is waiting on the health department to complete its check of the Clemmons shop. He expects to open sometime next week, with the exact opening date to be announced.

Hours

Qatra Specialty Coffee is planning daily hours from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m., with extended hours from 6 a.m. to 12 a.m. on Fridays and Saturdays. Specific a.m. and p.m. details will be clarified in final published hours closer to opening.
