The menu will highlight traditional Puerto Rican dishes including rice plates, fried pork, fried chicken, mofongo, and fried plantains.
“We sell rice, pork, fried chicken and pork, mofongo, and fried bananas too,” Mendoza told Business Debut. “It’s Puerto Rican food.”
