Propagation Whiskey Bar & Kitchen, a new elevated gastro pub, is set to open its doors in Plant City on September 20th, owner Brandon Snyder reported to Business Debut.
Located at 103 N Palmer St, Plant City, FL 33563, the establishment aims to bring a unique dining and drinking experience to the area. The venue will feature a 1920s art deco interior, complete with chandeliers and speakeasy motifs.
Snyder, who also owns Roots Tap Room and Wine Bar in Plant City, has ambitious plans for Propagation's beverage program. The pub will launch with 140 whiskeys on its list, with Snyder aiming to offer the largest whiskey selection in Hillsborough County by the end of 2025. The cocktail menu will feature 8 classic and 8 specialty cocktails.
The executive chef will be Rocco Taliani of Love Bird's Hot Chicken in Lakeland, while New York native Kevin Huston will serve as beverage director. Phil Davis has been hired as the general manager.
Propagation will occupy 4,000 square feet inside, with an additional 2,000-square-foot patio that will host events and live music. The full-service restaurant will operate seven days a week, offering dinner and late-night service.
