Premium Indian Dining and Lounge Coming Soon to Apex
Lime and Lemon Restaurant and Lounge is opening soon in Apex, offering Indian dining and a premium nightlife concept.
APEX, NC – A new dining and nightlife destination is preparing to open soon at 2025 Creekside Landing Dr, Apex, NC 27502. Lime and Lemon Restaurant and Lounge will bring a premium Indian restaurant and lounge experience under one roof.
According to the owner, who spoke with Business Debut, the construction is complete, with final inspections underway. Lime and Lemon anticipates opening in two weeks.
A Premium Indian Lounge Concept
Unlike its other locations, the Apex outpost will introduce the Triangle’s first premium Indian lounge. The plan features a lively full-service restaurant and a separate lounge area with its own entrance. The lounge will have a 35-foot bar, low-level seating, DJ performances, and late-night hours. The entire venue, lounge and restaurant, is 7,000 square feet and will host more than 200 guests.
Guests will have the option of dining in a more traditional restaurant-style setting, or they can relax in the lounge. The restaurant and lounge will share the same kitchen and menu.
The menu will feature the brand's well-known dishes, as well as offer some alternatives and cocktails specific to the lounge. Small plates will be provided for late-night guests, all designed to complement the lounge atmosphere.

A Growing Venture
Since its inception in 2018, Lime and Lemon has grown to four successful locations. The Apex facility will be one of the largest among all of the brand's units.
