ATLANTA, GA — French Toast ATL, a highly reviewed breakfast, brunch and lunch restaurant from owner Dolapo Erinkitola, is planning to open a second location in the former Blu Lagoon space at 2263 Cheshire Bridge Road NE, Atlanta, GA 30324. Erinkitola told Business Debut the team is aiming to open in the next two to three months.
The brand debuted in Marietta in 2025 and already holds a 4.9/5 star rating on Google with more than 2,500 reviews.
What to Expect
The Cheshire Bridge location will mirror the Marietta restaurant in its menu, Erinkitola told Business Debut. Guests can expect a full-service environment with a bar, focused on breakfast, brunch and lunch.
Menu and Vision
French Toast ATL is known for sweet and savory crepes, breakfast bowls, po’ boy sandwiches and more. Erinkitola told Business Debut the concept is detail-driven, with a focus on the full customer experience — from food and service to the smaller touches that make the brand memorable.
“We’re basically trying to cover the entire experience,” Erinkitola told Business Debut. “We want the food to reflect excellence, but we want the service, we want the atmosphere, even the condiments. Everything is being put together with thought and care.”

Erinkitola told Business Debut the team is targeting an opening in the next two to three months.
Hours
French Toast ATL plans to mirror its Marietta hours, Erinkitola told Business Debut. The restaurant expects to open at 7 a.m. and close at 3 p.m. most days, with weekend hours potentially extending to 5 p.m.
