Poolside Tiki Cove to Open in New Smyrna Beach This September
Tiki Cove will debut with a community pool, tiki bar, and live music in New Smyrna Beach.

Tiki Cove at Venetian Bay, a new poolside restaurant and entertainment destination, is set to open this September at 424 Luna Bella Lane, New Smyrna Beach, FL 32168. Co-owner Vince Siravo told Business Debut that the unique venue will feature a full-service restaurant and tiki bar.
The project sits on a large property in Venetian Bay that has long been a gathering place for the community but remained closed for several years. It will include an expansive pool with day passes and a memberships program. Plus a dedicated entertainment area for live music, sports, and family-friendly activities. “People want their pool back,” Siravo said. “A lot of families moved into this neighborhood because of what it had to offer. A big part of the concept that we have been behind is reopening the community pool. We are also making an entertainment area where we will have live music, and we want to have movie nights for the community.”
The restaurant will accommodate roughly 160 seats and will serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily, featuring the same menu as Siravo’s sister location, Beachin’ Burritos at 431 Canal Street, New Smyrna Beach. Fan favorites include tacos, burritos, nachos, taco salads, and the restaurant’s take on Crunchwraps. “We’re known for our green chile,” Siravo said. “We import chilies from Hatch, New Mexico, roast them, and create a stew we smother on everything. It’s authentic Southwestern, not Tex-Mex or traditional Mexican.”
The new concept will also feature collaborative menu items using ingredients from local businesses, including beef, shredded chicken, carnitas, and brisket burritos made with barbecue from a local food truck. A full bar will serve beer, wine, and liquor. The vibe is fast casual with table service in a relaxed outdoor setting. Foods are cooked in an oven or on a flat cooktop, avoiding deep frying to preserve flavor.
Tiki Cove aims to balance inclusivity with a resort-style ambiance. The pool area seats over 100 and will be membership- and day-pass-based, while the restaurant and entertainment zones are open to the public. “We want it to feel like a resort, not a country club,” Siravo explained. “Everyone should have access, not just those who can afford exclusive fees.”
Memberships will be offered in several tiers (individual, couple, family, and snowbird) with monthly payment options to make it more affordable. “A lot of families can’t pay $800 upfront,” Siravo noted. “So we’re offering a way to pay that annually, or monthly, because $60 a month is more accessible.”
The venue will also feature wristband-based access control, a new addition from previous management, with lifeguards on duty and no food-spending requirements. The entertainment side will include live music, karaoke nights, outdoor movie screenings with a 30-foot projection screen, and yard games like cornhole and giant Jenga. Adding to its "something for everyone" appeal, the tiki bar will feature multiple TVs and offer complete sports packages, including NFL Sunday Tickets.
Tiki Cove will be open seven days a week. The restaurant will operate from around 8 am–10 pm, with hours adjusted based on community needs. The pool will be open daily from dawn to dusk.
Siravo started his culinary journey at a farmers market tent shortly after moving from Colorado to Florida. His breakfast burritos, especially the signature green chile, quickly gained a following, leading him to a food truck and eventually his first restaurant, Beachin’ Burritos. Tiki Cove is co-owned by Doug Miller, a longtime friend and local contractor. Their wives, Dannette Siravo and Steph Miller, are also involved in the operations. “We’re not a big company, just two families from New Smyrna Beach who love our community and want to contribute something special to it,” Siravo said.
