Pom Pom’s Closes in Orlando as Owner Plans New Ventures
Owner Pom Moongauklang will now operate her Thai pop-up while planning an innovative dining concept in Orlando.
After nearly two decades of serving Orlando's Milk District, Pom Pom's Teahouse and Sandwicheria closed its doors on October 4, 2024, Click Orlando reported.
Owner Pom Moongauklang has since embarked on new culinary ventures, including a partnership with a local chef to introduce an innovative concept at the former Pom Pom's location at 67 N Bumby Ave, Orlando, FL 32803. While specific details remain under wraps, Moongauklang has hinted that the new establishment will offer a unique dining experience that isn't present anywhere else in Orlando.
In the interim, Moongauklang is operating Pomisaan, a jungle Thai pop-up inspired by her childhood dishes. This pop-up has been featured at Ivanhoe Park Brewing Company, with upcoming appearances scheduled for December 16th and 30th, 2024, from 5:00 pm - 9:00 pm.
She is also seeking additional venues and can be contacted at Contact@pomisaan.com for collaboration opportunities.
