Pizza Roama Now Open in Rome GA
Fresh dough, imported tomatoes, and American-grown flour shape the menu at Pizza Roama.

ROME, GA – Pizza Roama, a new pizza-focused restaurant, is now open. Owner Harry Patterson confirmed with Business Debut that they have debuted at 320 Glenn Milner Blvd, Rome, GA 30161, offering both indoor and outdoor seating for up to 60 guests.
Pizza Roama officially opened on Wednesday, September 18th. Guests can order food directly from the food truck (which serves as the kitchen) or inside at the bar.
Pizza-First Menu
The concept is simple: pizza is the star of the menu. Patterson shared that Pizza Roama uses two types of King Arthur American-grown organic flours along with imported tomatoes to create a premium dough and sauce.
The menu list includes customers' favorites such as classic Margarita pizza and a unique pesto pizza with sausage, ricotta, and cherry tomatoes. They will also serve beer, wine, and Coca-Cola products. “My favorite pizza on the menu is the Margherita because it’s a classic and it’s hard to beat a Margarita,” Patterson said.
Owner’s Background
Patterson shared that the business is inspired in part by his late grandfather, Rudolph Patterson, who opened the first pizza restaurant in Rome decades ago. Before opening Pizza Roama, Patterson worked in fine dining in Jackson Hole and Atlanta.
Patterson's passion for pizza, rooted in his family's traditions, led him to create a place that combines the convenience of a food truck with the ambiance of a full-service restaurant.
