Pizza Cones Bringing Portable Dining to Downtown Pensacola

Anthony’s Pizza Cone will serve grab-and-go pizza cones and sweet dessert options inside The Garden at Palafox.

PENSACOLA, FL — Anthony’s Pizza Cone is preparing to open February 1 inside The Garden at Palafox, located at 501 S. Palafox St., Kiosk #7, Pensacola, FL 32502. Co-owners Juan Campos and Daniela Munoz told Business Debut the new concept is designed to offer an easy, portable way to enjoy pizza, especially for families and kids.

Named after the couple’s three year old son, Anthony, the business introduces pizza served in a cone shape, making it simple to eat on the go while exploring downtown Pensacola.

What to Expect

Anthony’s Pizza Cone will operate as a fast, counter-service kiosk offering grab-and-go pizza cones. The pizza cone resembles an ice cream cone but is filled with classic pizza ingredients, allowing guests to walk, shop, or sit nearby while they eat.

Campos said the concept was created with children in mind, offering a fun and practical option that is easy to hold and enjoy without utensils. The kiosk is located among several shops & food options inside The Garden at Palafox, a downtown destination with shared seating and a family-friendly atmosphere.

The menu features 10 pizza cone flavors, including classic cheese and pepperoni, as well as options with chicken, meats, and Hawaiian-style toppings. Guests can also choose between traditional tomato sauce or white sauce.

In addition to savory cones, Anthony’s Pizza Cone will offer three sweet options, including cones filled with Nutella, Cheese, strawberry and Banana, Guava and cheese, and arequipe, a Colombian-style caramel, also served with cheese and fruit.

“This is our first restaurant, and we wanted something different that kids and families would really enjoy,” Campos told Business Debut. “It’s easy, practical, and made to be enjoyed anywhere.”
