Italian-born owner Giacomo Monte is serving wood-fired pies in a casual setup—16 seats inside and six outside. Classics like Margherita and Capricciosa anchor the menu, with a Nutella dessert pizza for the sweet finish. Wine and beer may follow via an Italian importer partnership.

Shipley Do-Nuts (Clearwater) — Opening: mid-November 2025 (in time for Thanksgiving)

Address: 4004 Ulmerton Rd, Clearwater, FL 33762.
Scratch-made donuts and kolaches are coming to a grab-and-go shop with a drive-thru, 10–12 indoor seats, and a small patio. Online ordering will be available via the website and app. Evening hours may extend based on demand.

Purring Cats Cafe (Clearwater) — Opening: January–February 2026 (permit-dependent)

Address: 2440 State Rd 580, Clearwater, FL 33761.
Founder Monica Ancu is building a cozy, adoptable-cat café with coffee, pastries from local bakeries, and gluten-free options. The 1,750-sq-ft space will cap sessions at ~15 guests per hour and host cat yoga, movie nights, crafts, and adoption events. Food prep happens off-site per Florida regulations.

Hours (planned): Wed–Mon 10 a.m.–6 p.m.; weekends 9 a.m.–7 p.m.; closed Tue.

Outside BBQ (St. Pete Beach) — Opening: Spring 2026

Address: 6305 Gulf Blvd, St. Pete Beach, FL 33706.
Jevonta “Tay” Godwin is expanding his Tampa-born barbecue brand into a full-service beach restaurant with servers, bartenders, takeout, and delivery. Beach-radius delivery is in the works, with a full bar if approved (beer/wine at minimum). Expect core Outside BBQ favorites plus new appetizers and desserts.

Note: The Tampa takeout shop (1613 E Dr Martin Luther King Jr Blvd) and food truck continue to operate.
