Tap N’ Tilt, a new pinball-focused hangout, is aiming to open in January in Ormond Beach, co-owner Karl Strode shared with Business Debut. Located at 175 N Yonge St Suite A/B, Ormond Beach, FL 32174, behind the new Berner’s Furniture, the concept blends retro gaming with casual dining and drinks in a family-friendly atmosphere.

The venue will feature at least 20 pinball machines, along with crane games and video games, providing entertainment for all ages. True to its name, “Tap” refers to the beer and wine offerings, while “Tilt” highlights the central pinball theme. The menu will include flatbreads, Vienna beef hot dogs, chicken wings, and burgers. Seating is expected to accommodate around 40 guests.

Strode shared that Tap N’ Tilt will likely operate five days a week. Their current plan is Thursday through Monday. This marks an expansion into the dinner and evening scene for Karl and Sanya Strode, who also own Cafe One, a breakfast and lunch pinball diner in the area.

In addition to launching Tap N’ Tilt, the Strode duo is expanding Cafe One by adding 20 more seats and increasing its game selection, bringing the total seating capacity to 70.
