Canastas Chicken continues to expand from Virginia to North Carolina.
WAKE FOREST, NC — Canastas Chicken plans to open soon at 911 Gateway Commons Cir, Wake Forest, NC 27587, where marketing director Rodolfo Elmore said the team is waiting on final approvals. Elmore told Business Debut the restaurant could be open within one week.
What to Expect
Canastas Chicken serves authentic Peruvian rotisserie chicken in a fast-casual format, with an option to dine in with table service. Guests can order along a line-style setup, choosing chicken portions and sides before paying.
Menu and Vision
Elmore said the brand’s focus is quality and staying true to the food. “They don’t cut corners. They sell you the real stuff,” he told Business Debut, adding that marinades are sourced from Peru and the chicken is seasoned with a specific spice profile.
He also said the grill uses real charcoal rather than gas, which is part of what gives the food its distinct flavor.
Opening Timeline
Elmore said the team is targeting an opening very soon, pending final approvals. This Wake Forest restaurant will be the company’s seventh location overall, he said.
Hours
Elmore said the Wake Forest location expects to follow the company’s general hours: Monday through Saturday, 10:30 a.m.—10 p.m., and Sunday, 8:30 a.m.—9 p.m.
