Peach Valley Cafe Coming to Ocala
Expect their familiar breakfast, brunch, and lunch favorites.
OCALA, FL - Peach Valley Cafe is planning a new restaurant at 3535 SW College Road/State Road 200, Ocala, FL 34474, with owner Eric Holm targeting a potential opening later this year once permitting is complete. Holm told Business Debut the timeline will likely be about six months after the building permit is approved, with September being a hopeful target.
The Ocala restaurant will be the ninth location for the brand, which Holm owns and operates with his wife, Diane Holm. The couple owns all Peach Valley Cafe locations rather than franchising the concept.

What to Expect
Peach Valley Cafe is a breakfast, brunch, and lunch concept serving guests daily from 7 a.m. -2:30 p.m. The restaurants are full service with waitstaff and seating options including booths, tables, counters, and patio seating.
The Ocala location is expected to seat about 150 guests and will also offer brunch cocktails such as Bloody Marys, mimosas, and wine.
Holm described the concept simply: “If you want a great breakfast freshly cooked to order, we’re the place to go,” he told Business Debut.
Menu and Vision
The menu spans classic breakfast dishes alongside lunch favorites. Guests can expect pancakes, waffles, omelets, muffins, fried pork chops, and chicken tenders alongside items such as hamburgers, salads, blackened shrimp tacos, and fish sandwiches.

One hallmark of the brand is its use of fresh potatoes for breakfast sides. “We’re probably one of the only concepts that do the breakfast that use fresh potatoes,” Holm told Business Debut, noting the restaurant is particularly known for its home fries and grits.
Holm also highlighted several personal favorites, including steak and eggs and the pork chop and eggs. Another standout is the patty melt, which draws from his earlier diner experience. “It’s a great eight ounce fresh beef patty cooked any way you want it. It comes out just juicy, tasty, desirable, craveable,” he told Business Debut.
Desserts will also be available, including peach cobbler and multi-layer cakes such as carrot cake, red velvet, and chocolate mousse cake.
Opening Timeline
The team is targeting an opening approximately six months after permitting is finalized, with a hopeful timeframe around September.
