Pan 4U Expanding with New Lakeland Bakery and Restaurant
The new Lakeland location will offer full meals, baked goods, and a taste of Puerto Rico.

Popular local bakery Pan 4U is expanding its footprint in Central Florida with a new location. Pan 4U Latin Bakery & Restaurant, is set to open on July 19th or 26th, depending on final preparations, at 7331 US Hwy 98 N, Lakeland, FL 33809.
Owner Juan Lopez told Business Debut that this new location will feature a Puerto Rican restaurant and a full-scale bakery under the same roof. “Since we opened the other one the customers have been increasing really quickly. So we need more space,” Lopez said.

The concept will feature hot food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Customers can expect various Latin-inspired dishes with a strong focus on Puerto Rican cuisine, including roasted chicken, stews, soups, and different types of rice. The bakery will serve fresh sweets, sandwiches, and coffee for dine-in and grab-and-go customers. It will be open Tuesday through Sunday, from 6:30 am – 6:00 pm, and be closed on Mondays.
Lopez runs the business with his co-owner wife, Lisandra Rivera. The new location builds on the success of their original Pan 4U, which has operated for four years.
