Owners of Cuba Libre Camaguey Are Opening a New Cafe
Owner Betty Guevara shared that the new cafe will be opening very soon.
Cuban Sandwich Cafe is preparing to open soon in Winter Springs, owner Betty Guevara shared with Business Debut. The new café will be located at 140 W State Rd 434, Winter Springs, FL 32708.
Guevara previously operated Cuba Libre Camaguey, a full-service Cuban restaurant in the same plaza. She recently closed the restaurant, noting that it had become too much to manage. In its place, she’s launching a smaller, more intimate café to continue serving her guests.
The menu will feature a variety of Cuban sandwiches, pastries, smoothies, and coffee. Cuban Sandwich Cafe will focus on breakfast and lunch service, offering lighter fare compared to the larger meals once served at Cuba Libre Camaguey.
