Omakase Restaurant Izuki Opening in Orlando June 27th
Led by a Michelin-experienced chef, Izuki will offer a modern omakase experience with ingredients from Japan, Italy, and beyond.

Orlando is getting a new addition to its omakase scene with the soon-to-open Izuki. The restaurant is slated to soft open on Friday, June 27th at 8685 Fenton St., Orlando, FL 32836.
Co-owner Ze Han Huang reported that the fine dining establishment will be led by Chef Leo, who has experience as a chef at Michelin starred restaurants in New York.
Izuki will specialize in a selection of high-quality fish imported from Japan and other regions. Expect truffles from Italy, caviar from Russia, salmon from New Zealand, and exceptional tuna from Japan. Huang reported: "Izuki is a little mix of everything – an omakase… with a modern twist."
Reservations are required. The restaurant will be open Tuesday through Saturday from 5 pm – 11 pm. A leisurely dining experience is expected, as a meal typically takes one and a half hours per visitor.
There are twelve chairs in the bar area. Izuki also offers six tatami rooms, by reservation, for a more private experience. Food is carefully presented in two to three courses at a time in these private settings, including appetizers and desserts.
Expect a soft opening this Friday, with a potential grand opening following on Tuesday, July 1st.
