Ocean Ave Kitchen & Bar Replacing Mulligan's Beach House on Singer Island
The new restaurant will seat up to 260 guests and include private dining space.
SINGER ISLAND, FL — Ocean Ave Kitchen & Bar is under construction at 2551 N Ocean Ave, Riviera Beach, FL 33404, with owners Donna Qvarnstro and Antonio Huerta targeting a mid-January opening, Qvarnstro told Business Debut.
The new restaurant is taking over the former Mulligan’s Beach House space on Singer Island. The buildout will accommodate about 260 seats including an event space, with plans for full-service lunch and dinner seven days a week, closing only on major holidays such as Thanksgiving and Christmas.
What to Expect
Ocean Ave Kitchen & Bar is planned as a bright, modern beachfront restaurant focused on fresh seafood and a robust bar program. “The concept is fresh seafood and innovative, very heavy on craft cocktails,” Qvarnstro told Business Debut.
She described the setting as a very bright, modern space that leans into its beachside location. Indoor seating and an event-capable layout are designed to handle both everyday dining and larger groups.
Menu and Vision
The menu will emphasize fresh seafood alongside a strong craft cocktail lineup, reflecting Qvarnstro’s long experience in coastal Florida restaurants. “We are on the beach and want the space to feel very bright and modern,” she told Business Debut.
Qvarnstro also operates Little Jim Bait and Tackle and Cobb's Landing in Fort Pierce
