Northern China Eatery Opening August 21st on the Beltline
Longstanding Doraville restaurant North China Eatery is debuting very soon.

Northern China Eatery is set to open a new location on the Atlanta Beltline at 678 Edgewood Ave NE, Atlanta, GA 30307, owner Daniel Yu shared with Business Debut. The restaurant is scheduled to debut on Thursday, August 21st for dinner. Omar Adham will serve as general manager and co-owner of the new location.
Doraville Roots
The original Northern China Eatery has been open in Doraville for 11 years. This Beltline location marks the brand’s first expansion. Yu noted that the new menu will be more focused, highlighting the most popular dishes from the original location. Dishes like soup dumplings, pan-fried dumplings, pork buns, and fried rice are already generating buzz on Instagram.
Indoor and Outdoor Dining
The new space will feature full-service dining with 88 seats inside, a walk-up window for Beltline foot traffic, and a 50-seat outdoor patio. A full bar will also be available.

Aesthetic
The design of the restaurant showcases natural wood accents, rich marble countertops, green foliage, and murals painted by artist Andrew Blooms. Photos shared on Instagram offer a glimpse of the interior.
