New Seafood Restaurant Opening in Roswell

ROSWELL, GA — Coastal 38, a seafood-focused restaurant from owner Jerelyn Marsh, is preparing to open at 1570 Holcomb Bridge Rd. Ste. 365, Roswell, GA 30076. Marsh told Business Debut the team has completed remodeling and is finalizing the design phase, with remaining steps including a certificate of occupancy, the state alcohol license, and a health inspection.

What to Expect

Coastal 38 is designed as an intimate restaurant with seating for 40 guests. Marsh said the limited capacity is intentional, positioning the space for a date-night atmosphere.

The restaurant will offer dinner service only and will include a full bar. Marsh also confirmed the concept will not include a Sunday brunch.

Menu and Vision

The menu will center on classic seafood, with Marsh describing it as “seafood focused” with staples ranging from salmon and whitefish to fish and chips.

Chef specials will rotate to “push the envelope,” bringing in international influences such as Spanish paella and whole-fish preparations with Asian influence, according to Marsh.

Opening Timeline

If remaining approvals stay on track, Marsh said the team is targeting a soft launch on St. Patrick’s Day, March 17.

Hours

Coastal 38 plans to operate from 4 p.m. — 10 p.m. nightly and will be closed Mondays.
