New Seafood and Wings Spot Opening in Grayson

GRAYSON, GA — Wings & Seafood 102 plans to open in early spring at 1711 Athens Hwy Suite 400, Grayson, GA 30017. Owner Kevin Tran told Business Debut the team is targeting March.

What to Expect

Tran described Wings & Seafood 102 as a fast-casual restaurant concept with limited seating for dine-in, plus takeout. As the name suggests, Tran said wings are a primary focus, alongside a broad seafood lineup.

The menu is expected to include boiled and steamed seafood options such as crawfish, snow crab, and blue crab. Tran also said guests can expect oysters and mussels, plus additional seafood items.

Beyond seafood, he said the restaurant plans to offer sandwich options including po’ boys, burgers, and Philly cheesesteaks, along with chicken and fish sandwiches.

Tran told Business Debut the Grayson restaurant is connected to another concept he operates, LA Seafood in Decatur.

Opening Timeline

Tran said the restaurant is planning for an early spring opening, “probably around March,” with April as the latest estimate if approvals take longer.

Hours

Tran said Wings & Seafood 102 plans to open seven days a week initially, then gauge customer demand and potentially shift to six days a week. Specific daily hours are to be announced.
