New Restaurant in the Works for Lotus Edge Residential Community

A new community restaurant is in the works for the upcoming Lotus Edge residential development in Boca Raton. David Damani, director of restaurant operations, told Business Debut that the restaurant is expected to open next year at 9397 E.F. Johns Pkwy, Boca Raton, FL 33498.

Details on the concept and menu are still limited, as Damani noted they will likely finalize those components once an operator is selected. The restaurant will likely serve lunch and dinner to Lotus Edge residents and host regular community events such as concerts, comedy nights, and other gatherings.

The Lotus Edge development is being built by GL Homes, the same group behind other large-scale communities such as Valencia Grand in Boynton Beach and Apex at Avenir in Palm Beach Gardens.
