New Restaurant, Bar, and Rooftop Lounge Coming to Atlanta

ATLANTA, GA — Dune & Drift Restaurant, a restaurant, bar, and rooftop lounge, is in the works at 1152 Pryor St SW, Atlanta, GA 30315, targeting a 2026 opening as it works through permitting and licensing, owner Ashish Shetty told Business Debut.

What to Expect

Shetty said Dune & Drift is being planned as a bar-and-lounge-style concept with two levels, including a downstairs enclosed area and a rooftop space. The restaurant is aiming for around 200 guests total.

Menu and Vision

“It’s gonna be all American,” Shetty told Business Debut, describing a menu built around “bar and lounge food.” The concept is planned to include a full bar.

Opening Timeline

Shetty said the team is still waiting on licenses and permitting. “I’m still waiting for the building permit,” he told Business Debut, and didn't have an estimate opening to share as of now.

Hours

Dune & Drift is tentatively planning to operate six days a week, closed. Hours of operation are to be announced.
