SENOIA, GA — Crust & Craft Pizza plans to open its third location at 70 Main St., Senoia, GA 30276 in late February or early March, depending on construction. We came across the news first from the City Menus.

Co-owner David Valentine told Business Debut the team is aiming to open after Valentine’s Day.

What to Expect

The Senoia restaurant will be a full-service, polished-casual concept with an open kitchen and about 100 to 120 seats once fully built out. The front of the space will lean more restaurant-focused, while the rear will feature a larger bar area opening onto a patio designed for live music, game-day viewing on a drop-down screen, and community events.

Valentine and co-owner Adam Rainey said they plan to take advantage of Senoia’s walkable, golf cart–friendly downtown and existing event calendar, building on relationships from their management work with nearby Nic & Norman’s. Families will be able to watch pizzas being made, and staff will continue traditions like bringing dough and toppings to the table so children can assemble their own pies.

Crust & Craft focuses on high-quality ingredients anchored by a traditional Italian-style crust. The team uses Caputo Gold flour imported from Italy, California-grown San Marzano–style tomatoes, and premium cheese, baked in rotating brick ovens.

“We wanted to bring the best quality pizza we could put out there,” Rainey told Business Debut. The core menu includes classics like pepperoni, which remains the bestseller, alongside signature creations such as the Philly Fry Pie, Dynamite Shrimp, Greek Gyro, Cuban pizzas, and the Crabby Patty Pie. The original reference to a burrito-inspired pie was unclear, and the team noted this is not a menu item; they believe this was intended to refer to a Birria-style pizza.

The menu rotates quarterly, with recent features including the Crabby Patty Pie and a Blackened Shrimp and Grits pizza, often paired with craft cocktail offerings. What began as a pizza-and-beer program has evolved into restaurants that function partly as cocktail bars, with a growing emphasis on premium drinks.

Franchise Opportunities

Valentine and Rainey told Business Debut they have recently completed the formal franchising process for Crust & Craft and now have a full Franchise Disclosure Document in place. The team created a management company structure designed to support future franchisees with training, marketing, and area leadership.

They said franchise development will become a larger focus once the Senoia restaurant opens, allowing prospective operators to see the newest buildout, expanded bar program, and operational flow. The owners noted that the brand’s growth strategy centers on controlled expansion supported by systems already tested in their existing locations.

Opening Timeline

The Senoia location is targeting a late February or early March opening, after Valentine’s Day and subject to weather and construction progress.

Crust & Craft in Senoia is expected to open seven days a week. The current plan is to operate from 11 a.m. daily, closing around 9 p.m. on weekdays and 10 or 11 p.m. on weekends, depending on the season. Final hours will be announced closer to opening.
