MIAMI GARDENS, FL — Legendz, a new 4,500-square-foot sports bar and lounge from owner Travis Lee, is in development at 18581 Nw 27Th Ave Miami Gardens, FL 33056, Lee told Business Debut in a phone interview.

What to Expect

Legendz will operate as a sports bar lounge with music and a full bar. Lee said the space is about a mile from Hard Rock Stadium, home of the Miami Dolphins and major events including Formula 1 races and concerts.

He expects the venue to play a role in game-day and event traffic from the stadium. The interior is planned for a capacity of about 200 people, Lee said.

Legendz is expected to function as more of a restaurant during the day and shift toward a lounge format in the evening.

Lee said Legendz will focus on American food that reflects the surrounding demographic, which he described as a mix of Spanish and African American cultures.

Opening Timeline

Lee initially said he aims to have Legendz ready to open in about three weeks, though he later referenced opening in about a month. Once opened, they will operate 7 days a week.
