New Lebanese Cafe Opening in Roswell, GA

Cafe Le Bon, a Lebanese coffee and cafe concept from owner Margo Shaib, is targeting an end-of-January 2026 opening in Roswell at 43-45 Park Square Ct, Roswell, GA 30075. Shaib told Business Debut the cafe is in its final phase of construction, with training still ahead before opening.

What to Expect

Cafe Le Bon is designed for dine-in, with a counter ordering area, a bar and kitchen, and a larger seating area on the other side of the space. Shaib said there will also be outdoor seating in front, plus additional seating in the alley. The concept centers on Lebanese coffee culture, with a mix of Lebanese, French and American offerings.

Menu and Vision

Shaib said guests can expect Lebanese sweets such as baklava and kunafa, along with a coffee program that includes Turkish coffee and flavors inspired by Lebanese ingredients.

She said the cafe’s origin is personal: her oldest son, Ryan Shaib, has autism and loves trying different coffee and coffee shops.

“This is started all because of him. I wanted to do something for him,” Shaib told Business Debut.

Shaib also wants Cafe Le Bon to create opportunities for others. She said she is open to employing people with special needs and sees it as part of her purpose. “I’d love for them to work like with us,” she told Business Debut.

Opening Timeline

Construction is ongoing, with flooring and interior finishes still in progress. Shaib said she is hoping to open by the end of January 2026, followed by continued hiring and training.

She also said she may pursue a beer and wine license after opening, which could allow for an expanded evening offering later on.

Hours

Shaib said Cafe Le Bon plans to open seven days a week. Initial hours are expected to run into the early afternoon, likely until 2 or 3 p.m., with the potential to expand later as the business ramps up.
