New Japanese Concept Opening Feb. 3rd in Oviedo

OVIEDO, FL — Mugendai, a new upscale Japanese restaurant serving sushi and chef-driven dishes, is set to open Tuesday, Feb. 3 at 1813 E Broadway St, Oviedo, FL 32765. Owner Dew Nitisaporn told Business Debut the restaurant will begin with an a la carte format, with a chef’s table experience being considered for the future.

What to Expect

Mugendai is designed as an intimate, small dining room with about 20 seats, Nitisaporn told Business Debut.

Nitisaporn told Business Debut the restaurant will offer upscale Japanese cuisine and sushi, with a focus on high-quality ingredients. He said the team plans to use equipment and products imported from Japan as part of the restaurant’s approach.
