NICEVILLE, FL — Kiin Café is preparing to open “very soon” at 4504 E Hwy 20 Ste B, Niceville, FL 32578, with a grand opening date tentatively set for the 16th, ownership told Business Debut.
The team said they are currently deep cleaning the space, making light renovations, updating decor, and training staff ahead of launch.
What to Expect
Kiin Café is positioning itself as an izakaya, a Japanese hangout-style bar and kitchen comparable to a tavern. The restaurant plans to offer indoor dining, bar seating, and a patio area in the back.
Ownership said the dining room includes about 15 tables plus bar seating, and they expect around 100 seats total, along with outdoor patio seating.
Menu and Vision
The menu will focus on Japanese small plates alongside larger entrees. Ownership said guests can expect items such as yakitori-style skewers, dumplings, spring rolls, and edamame, plus ramen.
Planned mains include Japanese curry and protein-forward options such as teriyaki-style chicken. The team also said they intend to offer gluten-free and vegan options, and plan to serve poke as well.

Kiin Café plans to operate six days a week and close on Wednesdays, with lunch and dinner service.
