New in Parrish: Bottega Del Gusto Coming Soon
The authentic Italian concept comes from the owner of Osteria 500 in Lakewood Ranch.
PARRISH, FL — Bottega Del Gusto, a new Italian restaurant and retail concept from restaurateur Giuseppe Del Sole, is planned for 1890 U S Hwy 301 Ste 100 Parrish, FL 34219.
Del Sole is targeting early 2027 for opening, he told Business Debut in a phone interview.
An experience restaurant owner from Italy, Del Sole also owns Osteria 500 in Lakewood Ranch. This is the fourth restaurant he has opened in the United States.
What to Expect
Bottega Del Gusto will seat about 156 guests between indoor and outdoor areas. The space will feature decor, tables, and silverware shipped from Italy.
An indoor-outdoor cocktail bar will connect to an outdoor patio designed for live music and other entertainment on weekdays and weekends, according to Del Sole.
A pasta station near the entrance will allow guests to watch staff produce home made ravioli and other pastas. The concept will also feature a dessert area with preparation in view of customers.

Menu and Vision
It goes without saying, but expect authentic Italian dishes on the menu. The recipes originate from Del Sole's family. Bread, pasta, and desserts will be made in house, he told Business Debut.
Pizza will be prepared in a wood-burning oven in a Neapolitan style, and meat and fish dishes will be prepared on a wood charcoal grill. In addition to pastas and pizzas, expect prime-cut steaks and picanha.
All flour for pasta, bread, and pizza will be imported double-zero flour from Italy.
The Market
Bottega Del Gusto will also operate as a market. A deli case will offer Italian DOP (Denominazione d’Origine Protetta) meats and cheeses, and a large display area will stock Italian products such as olive oil, sauces, pasta, and other specialty goods. Guests will be able to purchase wine at retail pricing to take home or to drink with their meal.
Opening Timeline
Del Sole said his goal is to finish construction by the end of this year. He is targeting early next year for staff hiring, training, and opening.
