New in Kissimmee: Canadian Franchise Pür & Simple Opening Soon

The brand has three more locations in Florida under development.

KISSIMMEE, FL — Pür & Simple, a Canadian breakfast and brunch brand, plans to open a new restaurant at 2914 Orange Blossom Trl, Kissimmee, FL 34741 around November 24, 2026, franchise partner Bobby Gill told Business Debut.

Gill said Pür & Simple originated in Montreal and has grown to about 75 locations across Canada. The company began its U.S. expansion with a San Antonio restaurant at 20821 US-281, San Antonio, TX 78258, which opened in 2025.

“It's been a little bit over one year since we opened our location, and we got tremendous feedback. We have line lineups out the door since day one” Gill told Business Debut.

What to Expect

Pür & Simple is a breakfast and brunch concept with a European-inspired design and an emphasis on hospitality. “The theme of it is very European looking, fresh, airy,” Gill told Business Debut in a phone interview. He said the brand places focus on service, ambience and interior design.

According to Gill, the company works with professional interior designers on each restaurant. He said Pür & Simple adjusts each new store based on feedback from earlier locations.

The menu features breakfast plates such as pancakes, French toast, crepes and waffles, along with omelets, eggs Benedict dishes and avocado toast. For lunch and brunch dishes, expect bowls, burgers, sandwiches, salads and brunch-style poutines, as well as fresh juices, smoothies, coffee drinks and milkshakes.

Gill highlighted his own go-to order, the Healthy White, “a giant egg white omelette” served with pesto, potatoes and toast. Gill share that presentation is a priority for the brand and that portion sizes aim to be filling.

Opening Timeline

Gill said the Kissimmee opening date around November 24, 2026, is “99% confirmed,” with permitting approved and remaining steps tied to business licensing and health inspections.

Other U.S. locations listed on the company’s site, including Lake Nona, Maitland and Miami-area stores, are still awaiting final timelines and remain to be announced.
