New Healthy-Eating Cafe Opening in Miami
Heal's slogan is that "God heals your soul, and we heal your body."
MIAMI, FL — Heal, a new all-day café centered on balanced food and atmosphere, is preparing to open later this month in downtown Miami. The café is located at 2 South Biscayne Boulevard, Suite 104, Miami, FL 33131. Owner Vitalii Korsikov told Business Debut the team is targeting a late January opening as final permits are completed.
What to Expect
HEAL is designed as a counter-service café where guests order at the register and food is brought to the table. The concept emphasizes approachability, with pricing and service structured to make daily visits accessible.
The space will offer about 50 seats indoors, along with outdoor seating. Korsikov said the goal is to create an environment where guests can spend time comfortably while enjoying food made with intention.
Menu and Vision
The menu will focus on breakfast-forward offerings served throughout the day, including bowls, specialty coffee drinks, desserts, and house-made gelato. Heal plans to roast its own coffee beans on-site and produce gelato in-house.
Menu items will be made with natural ingredients, with options that are dairy-free, gluten-free, and sugar-free for guests with dietary restrictions. Pistachio-forward items will be a recurring theme, including pistachio lattes, desserts, and gelato.
“Our slogan is that God heals your soul, and we heal your body,” Korsikov told Business Debut. “We’re not trying to separate food into junk or healthy. We want balance, good ingredients, and an atmosphere that makes people feel good.”
Background and Ownership
Heal marks Korsikov’s third café concept in South Florida. Originally from Ukraine, he relocated to the U.S. following the outbreak of war and has since built a growing hospitality footprint in the region.
His first café, Vanilla, opened in Miami in 2024 and later expanded to Hollywood, Florida. The business gained attention for introducing Dubai chocolate to the Miami market, produced in-house. Korsikov said Heal builds on that experience while expanding the focus on wellness and daily routines.
Korsikov’s wife, Olga Korsikova, is closely involved in the business and serves as marketing director. “We work together every day,” he said. “She helps shape how we communicate our vision to guests.”
Coffee Subscription and Future Plans
In addition to daily service, Heal plans to introduce a coffee and meal subscription program for regular guests. The concept is aimed at customers who visit frequently for coffee or meals.
Longer term, the team hopes to develop a mobile app that allows guests to track nutrition and better understand what they are eating. Korsikov said the focus is on supporting sustainable, balanced lifestyles rather than strict dieting.
Opening Timeline
The café is targeting a late January opening, pending final city permits.
Hours
HEAL plans to operate seven days a week from 7:30 a.m. – 8 p.m.
