New Haitian & Caribbean Restaurant Opening in Dallas, Ga
Ivrose Haitian Caribbean Cuisine is expected to open late this month or early next.
DALLAS, GA — Ivrose Haitian Caribbean Cuisine is targeting an end-of-January or early-February opening at 210 Merchants Square, Dallas, GA 30132. Co-owner Sayyinah Mine told Business Debut the team is still in construction and waiting on inspections before opening. She is opening the business with her husband, Jerry Rene.
What to Expect
Mine said Ivrose will operate as a quick-service concept. Guests will order at the counter, and while there will be seating available to eat on-site, there will not be table service.
Menu and Vision
Ivrose plans to focus on Haitian Caribbean dishes, including griot, fried pork served with plantains. Mine also referenced Haitian-style black rice and pikliz, a spicy pickled vegetable condiment made with vegetables.
“People will expect a lot of meat because a lot of griot,” Mine told Business Debut.
Opening Timeline
“I’m hoping we can open for the 31st. If not we’re gonna have to open a week later,” she told Business Debut. Keep an eye on their social media below for further updates.
Hours
Mine said the plan is to operate seven days a week for lunch and dinner, with Sundays closing early than usual. Expect lunch and diner service.
