ORLANDO, FL — Seasons of India is preparing to open at 7085 S Orange Blossom Trl, Orlando, FL 32809, with owner Badri Soma telling Business Debut the restaurant is aiming for an opening as early as this weekend or by next Monday or Tuesday.

What to Expect

Soma described Seasons of India as a concept blending authentic Indian cuisine with Chinese and Mexican fusion elements, developed after the team tested the Orlando market through ghost kitchens. The brick-and-mortar restaurant will offer a full dine-in experience and seat approximately 45 to 50 guests.

The menu features a wide range of Indian staples, including samosa chaat, basket chaat, lamb chops, South Indian–style chicken, and several varieties of biryani. On the Chinese-fusion side, guests will find hakka noodles, chili paneer, chili chicken, and fried rice. The Mexican-inspired offerings will include burritos and tacos filled with Indian ingredients such as cottage cheese.

Soma said the goal is to offer both comfort and creativity through a diverse menu that reflects customer preferences discovered during their ghost-kitchen phase. “We are trying to club in a little bit of fusion as well as the authentic food,” he told Business Debut. The team plans to continue exploring new blends of Indian, Chinese, and Mexican flavors.

Ownership and Partners

Seasons of India is co-owned by Badri Soma and his wife, Reena Gora, who also supports culinary operations. Soma also named business partner Sai Krishna as part of the leadership team. All three have played key roles in transitioning the concept from cloud kitchen to a full-service restaurant.
