New Fish and Chicken Spot Opening in Milledgeville

MILLEDGEVILLE, GA — Adell’s Fish and Chicken, a new quick-service spot from owner Herschell Harvell, is planning a soft opening the weekend of Feb. 20 at 1073 S Wayne St, Milledgeville, GA 31061. Harvell told Business Debut the team has been putting the final pieces in place over the past few weeks to get ready to open.

What to Expect

Adell’s is designed primarily for takeout, with limited seating mainly for guests waiting on food.

The menu centers on cook-to-order fish and chicken, with an emphasis on freshness and serving items while they’re hot. In addition to fish and chicken, Harvell said the restaurant will offer a few other items including Wagyu burgers and turkey burgers.

Harvell said the restaurant's name, "Adell's" is in honor of his mother.
