New Diner Bringing Southern Cooking to Gray on May 17th

Trinabell’s Diner is bringing homestyle Southern cuisine to Gray, Georgia, with a planned grand opening in mid-May, owner Trina Hathaway told Business Debut. The restaurant is set to open at 115 W Clinton St, Gray, GA 31032, and Hathaway is aiming to celebrate the grand opening on Saturday, May 17.

Trinabell’s Diner will offer full-service dining and to-go orders, serving lunch and dinner seven days a week. Hathaway, who has spent years working in the restaurant industry — beginning as a server and eventually moving into management — is now realizing her longtime dream of opening her own restaurant.

The menu will feature home-cooked comfort food. Some of the dishes Hathaway said people have specifically requested include chicken and dumplings and banana pudding.
