New Crêpe Café Coming Soon to Downtown LaGrange

Maison de Crêpes will serve sweet and savory crêpes, blending French classics with Mexican flavors.

LAGRANGE, GA — Maison de Crêpes, a new fast-casual crêpe shop from Karina “Kary” Garcia and her husband, Diego Soto, will open November 28 at 112 Main Street, LaGrange, GA 30240. Business Debut heard about this story first from The City Menus.

What to Expect

The small café will offer both sweet and savory crêpes inspired by French classics and Mexican flavors. The menu will include options filled with fruit, chocolate, and cream as well as heartier versions for lunch. Guests can also enjoy fresh juices and a traditional Mexican favorite—street corn. Maison de Crêpes will seat up to nine guests inside and operate as a fast-casual restaurant where customers place orders at the counter before dining in.

Soto told Business Debut that the restaurant is a dream for his wife, who wanted to share her love for cooking and contribute to their family’s future. “We loved eating crêpes in Mexico and decided to make our own,” he said. “We started at home, inviting friends to try them and give us feedback. They loved it, so we decided to make it official.”

Garcia, a registered nurse in Mexico, left her profession when the couple moved to the United States six years ago. “She wanted to do something meaningful and productive while caring for our children,” Soto said. “This restaurant is her dream, and we are putting our hearts into it as a family.”

The couple’s children, Alexander and Lexi, have been part of the journey from the start. “Sometimes they miss their mom when she’s busy, but they are a big part of why we’re doing this,” Soto told Business Debut.
