New Caribbean Restaurant Coming in July to Port St. Lucie

A new dining option is coming to Port St. Lucie, as the Healthy Choice Caribbean Restaurant, owned by Clifton Clarke, prepares for its debut this July. Located at 1189 SE Port St Lucie Blvd, Port St. Lucie, FL 34952, the restaurant plans to deliver healthy Caribbean cuisine.

With a background of running a restaurant in Brooklyn, NY, Clarke recently relocated to Port St. Lucie. His mission with Healthy Choice Caribbean Restaurant is to offer diners healthier Caribbean options, with a menu featuring gluten-free and vegetarian dishes.

Upon opening, the restaurant will initially operate seven days a week before transitioning to a six-day schedule.
