New Caribbean Eatery to Debut in Deerfield Beach

DEERFIELD BEACH, FL — Precision Bakery & Eatery is preparing to open as early as next week at 593 E. Sample Road, Deerfield Beach, FL 33064. Owner Jasmas Altimer told Business Debut the debut marks his first restaurant venture, which he is launching with his son, Lovenson Altimer.

What to Expect

The full-service eatery will serve Caribbean cuisine with a menu centered on traditional preparations. Guests can expect rice and beans, chicken in sauce, turkey in sauce, fish in sauce, and several types of plantains. Breakfast options will include eggs, plantains, cornmeal, and variations of cornmeal with beans.

Altimer said the restaurant will operate with table service, though seating will be limited. The space will typically offer about four to five seats depending on customer flow.

Menu and Vision

Afternoon offerings will feature soups, including bouillon, a Creole-style soup made with meat, plantains, and sweet potatoes. Beverage selections will include beer, soda, water, and assorted drinks.

Altimer said his priority is serving “qualified” food prepared with care. “I want to make sure everything is perfect and everybody can be satisfied,” he told Business Debut.

Opening Timeline

Altimer is targeting an opening next week, though the exact date is to be announced.

Precision Bakery & Eatery plans to open 7 days a week from 8 a.m. — 11 p.m.
