New Bar and Grill Opening in Madhouse Harley Dealership in Winston-Salem

WINSTON-SALEM, NC — Madhouse Bar and Grill is targeting an opening in the next two to three weeks on the second floor of Madhouse Harley-Davidson at 3441 Myer Lee Dr, Winston-Salem, NC 27101, owner Stanley Brotherton told Business Debut.

Brotherton said the restaurant is about 90% complete and they plan to debut very soon.

What to Expect

Madhouse Bar and Grill is designed as a motorcycle-themed bar and restaurant with a family-friendly focus, Brotherton told Business Debut. The decor is built from motorcycle parts, which Brotherton described as “kind of like a museum of history of motorcycles,” he told Business Debut.

The space includes 176 seats inside, plus about 30 more seats on the porch, with roughly 4,500 square feet in the current footprint, Brotherton said.

Menu and Vision

The menu will center on what Brotherton described as simple food “done well,” with fresh ingredients sourced through vendors including Ben E. Keith and Cheney Brothers, he told Business Debut.

Smash burgers will be a specialty, including a brisket-topped “road rash smasher” with pepper jack cheese, pickled onions, jalapeños and garlic aioli. Other items will include Bavarian pretzels, brisket bratwurst bites and specialty hot dogs, including a brisket hot dog called the “Glizzy” and a chili dog dubbed the “hometown hero,” he told Business Debut.

Opening Timeline

Brotherton said the team expects to open in the next two to three weeks.

Hours

Madhouse Bar and Grill plans to operate Thursday through Sunday, with hours expected to run 11 a.m.–9 p.m., Brotherton told Business Debut.
