Neveria La Michoacana 5 Estrellas Expanding to Loganville in 2026

LOGANVILLE, GA — Neveria La Michoacana 5 Estrellas plans to open its newest location at 2944 Rosebud Rd D, Loganville, GA 30052 in early 2026. Family representative Angelica Martinez told Business Debut the team is targeting a January 6, 2026 opening.

What to Expect

The new location will offer a two-in-one experience, combining a traditional Mexican ice cream parlor with a menu of authentic Mexican dishes.

“There’s going to be two sides to it,” Martinez told Business Debut. “One will focus on homemade ice cream, paletas, and traditional sweets, while the other will serve full meals like tacos, Mexican sandwiches, wings, and shrimp cocktail.”

Guests can expect a vibrant, family-friendly space with approximately 100 seats and fast-casual service. The restaurant will be open daily from 9 a.m. – 9 p.m.

Menu and Vision

Neveria La Michoacana 5 Estrellas celebrates Mexican culture and flavor “in every bite,” according to Martinez. The dessert side will feature an assortment of handmade ice creams and popsicles, along with classic Mexican snacks like fruit cups with chamoy and tajin, elote (street corn), and chips with street-style toppings.

The new Loganville location expands on the family’s first shop in Snellville, which specializes in Mexican ice cream and sweets. This new restaurant will add savory dishes to the lineup, offering guests both delicious Mexican dishes and desserts under one roof.

Opening Timeline

Construction is underway with the team aiming to open January 6, 2026. The space will mirror the bright, colorful aesthetic of the Snellville shop.
