RALEIGH, NC — Tche Gaúcho Brazilian Steakhouse, an all-you-can-eat Brazilian steakhouse from husband and wife team Patric Emmer and Hanah Rizzardo, is planning to open in summer 2026 at 3741 Sumner Blvd #150, Raleigh, NC 27616.

Emmer told Business Debut the team is currently in the renovation stage and is waiting on permits as construction moves forward.

What to Expect

The nearly 10,000-square-foot restaurant is expected to seat about 350 guests and include two private dining rooms, one designed for around 100 people and another for about 50.

Emmer and Rizzardo said Tche Gaúcho will serve lunch and dinner seven days a week, with a modified lunch menu at a lower price point than dinner.

Emmer described Tche Gaúcho as an authentic Brazilian steakhouse rooted in the South of Brazil, with meats cooked over a live fire and carved table side. “We are an authentic Brazilian steakhouse from the south of Brazil,” he told Business Debut.

Guests can expect a rotation of cuts, including steak, chicken, lamb and pork, alongside a gourmet salad bar with hot and cold sides. “We’re going to bring 17 cuts of meat,” Emmer told Business Debut, adding that picanha will be a central offering.

From the bar, Emmer commented: “and of course the traditional drinks from Brazil too, the caipirinha and other cocktails too." Additionally, expect a wine list to compliment the steak-rich menu.
