SAVANNAH, GA — Marbled & Fin plans to open later this year at 520 E. Oglethorpe Ave, Savannah, GA 31401, according to David Howard of The Neighborhood Dining Group, who told Business Debut the team is targeting the end of the first quarter as construction wraps and permitting is finalized.

What to Expect

The restaurant is moving into a new-build, two-story freestanding building. Howard said guests will enter to a “big, beautiful bar” on the first floor, with the main dining room upstairs.

Marbled & Fin is targeting about 175 seats, plus two private dining rooms designed for groups of about 20 and 40–50.

Howard described Marbled & Fin as a modern steakhouse with a heavy emphasis on seafood, noting the restaurant aims to give seafood the same priority as its beef program. He said the concept is designed to feel brighter and more energetic than a traditional steakhouse.

Howard added that hospitality is the “single biggest focus,” and that the Savannah restaurant will pair its food program with an extensive bar program, including a wine cellar and a broad bourbon selection.

Opening Timeline

The team is aiming for an opening around April 1, with February focused on final interior work, furnishings, and closing out permits and inspections for a certificate of occupancy. Howard said the restaurant expects to hire about 80 employees.

Hours

Howard said the Savannah location is expected to follow the Charleston schedule: the bar opens daily at 4 p.m., with dinner daily starting at 5 p.m., plus brunch on Sundays.
