CLERMONT, GA — Miss Kitty's Biscuits & More, a new food truck, will be opening at 6944 Holly Springs Rd, Clermont, GA 30527, owner Kitty Lewis told Business Debut. The team is waiting on final paperwork and inspections before confirming an exact first day of service, but they plan to debut in January 2026.

What to Expect

The food truck will launch with a breakfast-only menu centered on made-to-order biscuit sandwiches. Guests can choose from combinations such as egg and cheese or bacon, egg, and cheese on fresh biscuits.

“We’re going to be doing breakfast, it’s going to be biscuits, whatever kind of biscuit you want,” Lewis told Business Debut. “We’ll also have a variety of sweet treats, and everything is homemade,” she told Business Debut.

Lewis said there will be a parfait-style option for guests looking for something on the lighter side.

Lunch service will follow a few weeks after opening, once the team gauges customer demand and traffic patterns.

The planned lunch menu includes hamburgers, hot dogs, chicken tenders, tacos, and Philly cheesesteaks. Lewis said that once operations settle in, they also hope to offer rotating homestyle plates such as meatloaf, pork chops, spaghetti, lasagna, or baked ziti as occasional specials.

Local sourcing is a key part of the concept. “Our buttermilk for our biscuits is coming from Mountain Fresh Creamery, which is here also in Clermont,” Lewis told Business Debut. She emphasized that everything will be prepared fresh.

Opening Timeline

Miss Kitty's Biscuits & More is targeting a January 2026 opening, pending final inspections and receipt of required paperwork. An exact opening date is to be announced. Lewis said she plans to post updates on social media as approvals are finalized.

Hours

Hours of operation are to be announced. Lewis said the current plan is to open seven days a week at first to test demand. The team may later adjust the schedule.
