Miller’s Cafe is set to open in February, offering a fusion of American soul food and Jamaican cuisine in Valdosta, co-owner Erica Miller shared with Business Debut. Erica and her husband, Denard, who hails from Jamaica, are bringing the restaurant to the community.

Located at 904 Baytree Rd, Valdosta, GA 31602, Miller's Cafe will feature seating for around 70 guests. While the plan is to eventually serve alcohol, it will not be available initially.

The Millers are already well-known in the community for their previous ventures, including Caribbean Delight, a Caribbean restaurant that recently closed due to storm damage from Hurricane Helene, and Erica’s Quola Soup Kitchen, a nonprofit that currently provides 200 free meals daily to those in need. Erica’s Quola Soup Kitchen will also operate out of the kitchen at Miller’s Cafe.

Stay tuned for updates as Miller’s Cafe prepares to bring its blend of flavors and community-focused mission to Valdosta.
