Mile Marker 803 Clubhouse to Open in Palm Coast
An upscale sports bar with live entertainment and premium dining options is coming to Palm Coast.
PALM COAST, FL — Mile Marker 803 Clubhouse, a new upscale sports bar and restaurant from Chris Moore and Pamela Moore, is targeting a July 1 opening at 101 Palm Harbor Pkwy, Suites A101-102, Palm Coast, FL 32137 in the European Village, Chris Moore told Business Debut.
The Moores also own the Pelican Pub in St. Augustine, and Savannah Williams has joined Mile Marker 803 Clubhouse as general manager.
Business Debut learned of this story first from What Now.
What to Expect
Moore described the concept as an upscale sports bar with a full-service bar, a separate dining room and a stage for live entertainment. The space will have 126 seats, with about a 70-30 split between the bar and dining areas, Moore told Business Debut.
The restaurant will include a 10-screen video wall made up of 65-inch TVs, additional TVs in the dining room, a 100-inch TV near the main entrance, several more TVs in the bar and an 85-inch TV outside, Moore told Business Debut. The goal is to show every televised sport from major U.S. leagues.
Menu and Vision
The menu will be split between traditional sports bar fare and upscale dining, Moore told Business Debut. Guests can expect wings, mozzarella sticks, onion rings and other sports bar staples, along with a Texas tenderloin sandwich that Moore said he and Pamela are bringing from their restaurant background.
The Texas Tenderloin sandwich features a large, pounded pork tenderloin served on a regular hamburger bun, a style Moore said customers “go really crazy for.” The dining room will also feature rotating premium entrees, with examples including meatloaf Wellington and chicken cordon bleu, along with daily chef specials.
The dining room will feature daily chef specials and five premium-style entrees that rotate seasonally, Moore said. The chef’s name has not yet been announced, and readers can follow the restaurant’s Facebook page for the announcement in the coming days.
“The Mile Marker 803 Clubhouse will be a destination for all of those people,” Moore told Business Debut, describing the restaurant as a place where one guest can watch a game in casual clothes while another orders a more elevated dinner.
Opening Timeline
Mile Marker 803 Clubhouse is targeting a July 1 opening. Moore said renovations were moving ahead of schedule, with signage, paint and AV work underway at the time of the interview.

Mile Marker 803 Clubhouse plans to open at 11 a.m. to midnight seven days a week, 365 days a year, Moore told Business Debut.
On select Friday and Saturday nights, the restaurant plans to host live entertainment on its stage. Bands are expected to play from 9 p.m. to midnight.
